I’m going to get back to eating eggs more. Because, at the end of the lockdown, is was depressed, by the return to office and all I felt like eating was an omelette in the morning. Although I joined the company exercise program, it was the change in my diet, that made me feel sooo much better and even think clearer. I lost 10 lbs that month. The thing is, eggs are a great go between, if you’re not that much into meat. Unlike eating a salad, you feel like you are something. I would have things like spinach and mushrooms in the omelette. An omelette with a 10 cal Bai coconut water and I was good for the day.

I've been dragging this whole past year. I'm 46. My testosterone dropped from 512 to 281 this past year and I am feeling it hard. What can I do to get this up and what is causing it?? I'm dragging every day and can't live like this. I changed my diet over a year and a half ago. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. I don't take meds and control it completely through diet. My A1c is now 5.1%. I do mostly carnivore diet and eat some veggies with my meals but stay under 30g of carbs a day. Is the diet causing these low levels?

A couple years back we lost a good friend after he fought very hard for several years to recover from taking Cipro....no Dr was able to help him...his mitochondria was destroyed and there just wasn't any help for him. He was not alone in this fight as he was part of a Facebook group spread across our country that was in the same fight. I'm 53 years, i had a hard attack in 2022 end i m Dt 2 . I have lost in 2 months 18 kg, from 88kg to 70kg. End im still now 70 kg. My Ac1 on the beginning was 11.5 ,3 mont later 6.7, 6.2, 5.6, 5.6, 5.4, 5.1. In jun 2023 i stop taking metformin. ac1 5.1 was in December 2023. In January 2024 i start carnivor diet, i eating only beef about 800 g(rib filled) lam 300g a day, sardines, 6 eggs a dai butter 200g a day, some cheese. Salt ( celtic) about 15 g a day. End water 3to4 litres a day. But now since im on carnivor may last ac1 in april was 5.6. fasting blod is high befor carnivor was 4.3 to 4.9. During the day was not higher then 5.6 after meals, end 2 hours later ander 5.0. Now in the morning mai fasting blod is 5.0 5.6 end after breakfast may blod sugars is elevated 6.1 until lunch. Im confused i following strict carnivor diet but may results ar worse!! Pleas any advice?
